What do I actually need to give you to get a website built?
We send you an intake form — 10 questions about your business, customers, main service, and what you want visitors to do on the site. That's it. You don't need to write copy, pick fonts, or make any design decisions. Everything else is handled on our end.
Do I need a logo before starting?
No. If you have one, we'll use it. If you don't, we design your business name as a styled text logo that matches your site's design system. You can always upgrade to a full logo later.
How do I get the site online after you deliver it?
We deliver a complete HTML/CSS file. It works with any hosting provider — Netlify (free), Squarespace, GoDaddy, or wherever you already have hosting. Most clients are live within an hour of delivery.
What happens if I don't like the design style you picked?
Before we build, we confirm the design direction with you. If you want to see options, we'll share two or three style references and you pick. The revision round exists specifically so you can request adjustments after you see the full build.
How does the intake process work?
You fill out the intake form, brand details, voice, audience, credentials, goals. We review it and build your brand config before writing anything. Every piece of content is calibrated to your specific business from day one.
Do I need to provide photos or video?
On Growth and Authority packages, we provide a B-roll shot list so you know exactly what to film before a shoot. On the Foundation package, we work with existing photos or can design text-based carousels that don't require photography.
Will the content actually sound like my business?
That's the whole intake process. We capture your brand voice, audience specifics, and business credentials so content is calibrated to you, not a generic template dressed up with your logo.
How do I review content before it goes live?
Everything is delivered to your Google Drive folder before it's scheduled. You review the carousel, captions, and any other assets. When you approve, we schedule it. Nothing goes out without your sign-off.
What platforms do you cover?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Substack (email newsletter). The Foundation package covers 2 platforms. Growth and Authority cover all platforms you're active on.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
We start with a 3-month engagement minimum so there's enough time to see real results from a consistent content presence. After that, it's month-to-month. No long-term lock-in.
